Invite a vendor to the Vendor Portal


The invitations to the Vendor Portal are sent to vendors' contact persons specified in the Vendors module.

Option 1. Invite all contact persons of one or several vendors

  1. Sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.

  2. Go to the Vendors module.

  3. Locate one or several vendors in question and check the corresponding boxes in the left-hand column.

  4. Click the Invite to Vendor Portal button that appears on top of the vendor’s list.

     

All the contact persons of the selected vendors will receive an invitation to the Vendor Portal unless they already have a Vendor Portal account.


Option 2. Invite a selected contact person for a specific vendor.

  1. Sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.

  2. Go to the Vendors module.

  3. Locate the vendor in question and click the corresponding icon.

  4. Go to the Contact Summary tab.

     

  5. Click the name of the contact person you want to invite to your Vendor Portal. You will be directed to this contact person's profile.

  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

     

  7. Click the Invite to Vendor Portal button. You will be notified that the invitation e-mail has been sent.

The Invite to Vendor Portal button is available only for contact persons that haven't registered yet in the Vendor Portal. If the button is unavailable, it means that the personal account for this contact person has already been created in the Vendor Portal.


Option 3. Invite one or several contact persons of different vendors

  1. Sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.

  2. Go to the Vendors module.

  3. Go to the Contacts tab.

  4. Locate one or several contact persons in question and check the corresponding boxes in the left-hand column.

  5. Click the Invite to Vendor Portal button that appears on top of the vendor’s list.

All the selected contact persons will receive an invitation to the Vendor Portal unless they already have a Vendor Portal account.
