Restart XTRF on Windows

  • If you are running XTRF by starting the BAT file, close the (black) window and start it again.

  • If you are running XTRF as a service, go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, stop the XTRF service, and start it again. 

Alternatively – in both cases – just restart the computer.

For both cases, then do the following:

  1. Wait about 2-3 minutes while XTRF finishes the initialization process, then open your web browser and go to your XTRF home page.

  2. Wait about 30 seconds while XTRF connects to the Licence Server, then you – and all the other users – can log in to XTRF again.
